These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website astrosadhguru.com and the Astro SadhGuru mobile app (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Vedaarth Wellness Services Pvt Ltd, Ancillary Chowk, Hatia, Ranchi, Jharkhand – 834003, India (“Astro SadhGuru”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Platform or buying any service or product from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy services or products on the Platform. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are true and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

2. Our services and products

We offer the following through the Platform:

  • Digital astrology reports – Indian horoscope and match-making PDF reports generated from the birth details you enter, and instant AI face and palm reading reports in the app.
  • Astrologer consultations – chat and call sessions with our astrologers in the app, billed per minute.
  • Free tools – daily horoscope, Panchang, Kundali, and similar readings.
  • Spiritual products (AstroKart) – gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and related items, shipped within India.

Astrology readings, reports, and consultations offer guidance for self-reflection and awareness. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Use the Platform lawfully. Keep your account and login details safe, and do not attempt to hack, disrupt, copy, or misuse the Platform or its content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Pricing and payments

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges for physical products, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • The price of each service or product is displayed on the Platform before purchase. For example, Indian PDF reports are listed on the Vedic & PDF page with their price on the Generate PDF button.
  • Website payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which accepts credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
  • Purchases made inside the mobile app may be processed through the app store, and the app store’s payment terms also apply to those purchases.
  • An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Digital reports (PDF reports and instant reports)

  • Reports are generated and delivered immediately after payment, so they cannot be cancelled once generated.
  • You are entitled to a full refund if your payment was debited but the report was not delivered, or if you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • If a report fails to generate, you can retry with the same payment at no extra cost, or ask us for a refund.

Astrologer consultations

  • Per-minute consultations are charged only for the minutes used.
  • You may cancel a scheduled consultation before it starts for a full refund.
  • If the astrologer does not join, or the session fails because of a technical problem on our side, the unused amount is refunded in full.

Physical products (AstroKart)

  • You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we will replace it or refund it in full.
  • For hygiene and authenticity reasons, items that have been worn, energised, or personalised at your request are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How refunds are processed

  • To request a cancellation or refund, email support@astrosadhguru.com or call +91 84048 69999 with your name, order or payment ID, and the reason.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

6. Shipping and delivery policy

  • Digital reports are delivered online. The download link appears on screen as soon as payment succeeds; generation usually takes under a minute. Nothing is shipped.
  • Consultations take place in the Astro SadhGuru app at the time you start or book them.
  • Physical products are shipped within India through courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking details are shared by email or SMS once the order ships.
  • If your order is delayed beyond these timelines, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.

7. Intellectual property

All content, reports, branding, and design on the Platform belong to Astro SadhGuru or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reports you buy are for your personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

You are responsible for the decisions you make using readings, reports, or consultations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, and we may update, improve, or discontinue features. We may also revise these terms; the updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
